Jordan is an Oregon Certified residential appraiser, the sole owner of Reliant Appraisals LLC, and a data science enthusiast. He started his career in appraisal in 2013 and has been a residential real estate appraiser in the state of Oregon since 2015. Prior to starting his own business, Jordan work as a staff appraiser for Portland Residential Appraisals, Inc. for over 5 years. In addition to his appraising experience, Jordan spent 9 years in the residential and commercial construction industry, including 5 years as a licensed general residential contractor and specialty commercial contractor in the State of Oregon.
